Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
You have 7 days after receiving your product to report any damages or issues by sending us a video of the damage at contact@nicemarche.com. We will process a refund or resend the order after reviewing your request.
Exchanges
We do not process product exchanges.
14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
